The mail service is available as module to be installed directly from your instance's settings

The older version of the mail services are being gradually deprecated and soon will be no longer supported. Following the model used in 'Task Scheduler' module, in this new model, the fixes and upgrades will be released in shorter time and can be updated directly in the instances.
The mail services are available as a require module:

var MailService = require("inpaas.mail.service");

After that, you have access to the Mail Services for reading and sending e-mail messages.

Reading E-Mails

There's a fluent language for reading e-mail using the mail services, POP3 and IMAP servers have been tested with and without encryption or SSL connections. It is necessary that your mail servers and the protocols are enabled for access from the public.

Further documentation with code samples are available form within this developer reference.

Sending E-Mails

To send e-mail using the library, it is required that you have an SMTP / SMTPS server enabled and that the server is publicly available.
